Jacob did an amazing job. He was always ready to go look at new houses. He also had good insight on the locations. He helped us find a good deal on our house we could not pass up. I highly recommend working with Jacob.

Mr. Sanders is an amazing realtor A+++ all the way. My wife and I reached out to him and let him know what our wish list was and the area we wanted to live in. We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. My wife and I thought we would have to wait a few months until something else came in the market, but maybe a week or two went by and Jacob found a new build that was almost completed -- it was not even listed on any of the big websites (Zillow, etc.). He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket. This man was on top of everything -- he was an amazing asset to this process. My wife and I felt confident and well informed. In the midst of the home buying process, my wife had our first baby and Jacob sent us a card and gift card for our baby -- he didn't need to do that, but he is is a good man. He even gave us a custom made house warming gift that we absolutely love! If you want a great realtor who will do the hard work and help you get what you want, Jacob is the man. He is on your side and will make sure you are well taken care of. We are absolutely going back to him in the future, assuming we stay in the greater Orlando area. I told all my friends and relatives about how awesome our experience was and hopefully I look forward to him helping us or anyone in our family find our forever home.
